Applications are invited for the following post in a project IITK/BSBE/2026173 at the Department of Biological Sciences and Bioengineering, IIT Kanpur. The appointment is purely temporary & on contractual basis.

Name of the Post: Project Engineer

Salary Range: Rs. 31600-2600-49800 (consolidated)

Actual salary will depend on qualification and experience.

Minimum Qualification: M.Tech. or B.Tech. + 3 years of relevant experience

Number of position: One (01)

Desirable Qualification: The candidate should have experience in web-development, including both front-end (preferably with Angular framework) and back-end (preferably with Django). Experience in developing progressive web apps is highly desirable. Experience of managing web servers is desirable.

Only short-listed applicants will be called for an interview whose date and time will be intimated by email or phone. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualification and work experience will not be called for the interview. The department reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and experience. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
