Senior Project Scientist (post-doc) 02 position is available in the project entitled as "Advance Computational Research and Education" funded by Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India.
Qualification:
Position requires computational background with PhD (+ 2 years’ of post PhD experience) in Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Physics /Materials in the area of nanomaterials/ nanofluidic/ Responsive Polymers/ interfacial phenomena/ Polymer thin films etc. Exposure to different molecular simulation techniques such as MD, MC, DPD-mDPD and software such as LAMMPS, GROMACS etc. is essential. Extensive experience in the High-Performance Computing facility is the most desired. The appointment for the above post will be for one year. The post is purely temporary and on a contractual basis.
Salary range: 32,400-2700-81,000.
The centre reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and experience. Only short-listed candidates will accordingly be called for interview.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
