Application are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the project “Coarse-grained CFD-DEM-PBM Simulations of Industrial Granulating Beds”.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemical/Mechanical/Civil/Aerospace Engineering or related branch with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CPI + GATE

Desirable qualification

Expertise and experience of programming in C++ or Matlab.
Experience in Computational Modelling and Simulations.
Experience in Discrete Element Method simulations using LAMMPS/LIGGGHTS/any other software.

Duration of Appointment

The appointment for the above post will be only for 10 months or till the end of the project whichever is earlier.
The post is purely temporary and on a contractual basis.

Salary: As per the DST norms for JRF.

Age Limit: 35
