We are searching for a project associate for a period of one year for the ANRF research project, titled: “Experiments and modeling of pedestrian dynamics to create a designing tool for crowded public spaces” at IIT Kanpur. The relevant details related to this position are mentioned below.

Duration:  one year

Number of positions: one

Minimum qualifications: (i) 4 year BTech in engineering, applied mathematics or management science or, (ii) master’s degree in math/statistics/physics.

Desirable qualifications: knowledge of computer vision and image processing, simulation and computational modeling, AI/ML.

Programming experience: proficient in Python or C++, working knowledge of Matlab and GPU programming

Salary: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA (16%)
