Desirable

• Candidate with first class Master’s Degree in Management will be preferred.
• Knowledge of designing software like Corel Draw and adobe Photoshop for designing the posters, booklets, newsletters banners etc. for the various events
• Able to coordinate with students/staff/faculty courses and liasioning work with other Institutes of repute
• Able to facilitate the paper work related to admission process in the department.
• Knowledge of office procedure, maintenance of office records, administration and purchase procedure
• Experience in the handling of project related works i.e., purchase as per GFR-217

Job Profile

• Managing the office including correspondence with the students boarding, lodging and other logistics arrangements
• Maintaining and managing the accounts and the stocks
• Maintaining the student record and coordinating in the matters related to students with the offices of DOAA, DORD, Halls of Residence, Health Centre, Labs etc. and coordinating also with reputed Institutes
• Managing in the Department Admission process.
• Coordinate with faculty and reputed institutes for conduct interviews and exam.
• Arranging the office meetings, recruitment and interviews.
• Coordinate with faculty and students for conducting classes ‘offline and online mode’
• Coordinate with faculty, and staff to conduct workshops.
