About work: The work is administrative in nature (Full Time). The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of appointment is initially for one year or till the end of Project, whichever is earlier.

Salary Range: 23000-2000-59000

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Degree + 5 years of relevant experience OR Graduate Degree + 8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.

Desirable:

• Person should have at least five years' experience of handling social media Accounts, Content writing for newsletters and making annual reports in a Govt. organization or in educational institute.
• Applicant must have good oral and written communication skills to liaison with the outer world through email.
• Applicant must have knowledge about writing fund raising proposals for corporates.
• Knowledge of Office Procedures and computer applications such as MS (Word, Excel & PPT).
• Team Management.

Job Profile:

• Content writing for social media channels.
• Designing & content writing for newsletters, annual reports, brochure, fundraising campaigns.
• Email communications for different activities such as Chairs/Scholarship/ Faculty fellowship/awards/donations.
• Drafting Project Proposal & newsletter, communications as per Industry & Corporate norms.
• To communicate with the donors, alumni, students and others.
• To liaison with different departments in IITK.
• Generate video content for social media channels.
