About work: The work is administrative in nature (Full Time).

The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of appointment is initially for one year or till the end of Project, whichever is earlier.

Name of Post: Senior Project Executive Officer

Salary Range: 70000-5000-200000

Minimum Qualification: Ph.D./ Master's degree with significant experience and expertise in the relevant area.

Desirable Qualification: Applicants must be a postgraduate preferably with MBA degree and at least 5+ years of job-related experience.

Desirable:

• Applicants must have excellent academic record.
• Applicants should be able to rewrite the complex scientific concepts into simple terms to rephrase
• Applicant must have knowledge about writing fund raising technical proposals for corporates.
• Have Good oral and written communication skills.
• Office Management Skills and ability to manage mid-size teams.
• Knowledge of Office Procedures and computer applications such as MS (Word, Excel & PPT).
• Be able to manage a team.

Job Profile:

• To coordinate with research and domain expert (Faculty).
• To communicate with the alumni and respond to their queries.
• Communication with Alumni Association IITK.
• To coordinate with different departments for seeking proposals & follow up on successful proposals.
• To liaison between the Alumni Relations Team to ensure that there is effective communication on matters relating to fund raising.
• Drafting Project Proposal & newsletter, communications as per Industry & Corporate norms.
