Salary Range: 23000-2000-59000

Location: IIT-Kanpur Campus

Term of Appointment: The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of contract is initially for one year, which is extendible further depending upon satisfactory performance OR till the end of project whichever is earlier.

Minimum Qualification: CA/ICWA/CS Or Post graduate degree + 5 years of relevant experience Or Graduate degree + 8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.

Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of Office Procedures and knowledge of computer i.e MS Office/Excel/Power Point/Access etc. Person should have at least 2 years of experience of handling administrative & Establishment related matters of IIT Kanpur System.

Job Profile:

• To handle all administrative related matters.
• To handle day to day activities of the office.
• To prepare letters, note and drafts and to co-ordinate with other offices.
• To update and maintain Website of the Centre.
• To Liaison with other department/section of IITK.
• Proper knowledge of purchase system of IITK
