Applications are invited for the following post in the project "Pluralistic Ignorance, Global Norm And Climate Change Policy Networks In India" by Dr. Pradip Swarnakar, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Kanpur.
Name of Post: Project Scientist (Climate Policy)
Duration of Appointment: 11 Months (extendable based on the performance and funding)
No. of Positions: One (1)
Salary range: INR 26400-2200-66000
Minimum Qualification: M.A./M.Sc./M.B.A. in climate studies, economics, sociology, anthropology, geography, energy policy, environmental studies, sustainable development, or allied subjects.
Essential Experience: M.A./M.Sc./M.B.A + 3 years experience
Desirable Experience: Online and offline interview with policy makers, proficient in English and Hindi communication, interdisciplinary research and working with the team, quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities: Interview with climate policy stakeholders, translation and transcription, coding and analysis of data in Excel and SPSS, other related work assigned by the reporting authority.
