Applications are invited for the post of Project Senior Research Fellow position in an ICMR Sponsored Project, Titled” “Fabrication Of An Electronic Test Card Capable of Screening RNA impedimetrically” tenable at Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Kanpur under the supervisor of the undersigned.

Designation: Senior Research Fellow

Number of posts: One

Emoluments: Rs. 42000/- (Consolidated) 

Duration of Appointment: The position is purely temporary and contractual, for one year or end of project (whichever is early)

Desirable Qualification: Ph.D.* (Engineering stream), Or M.Tech + 3 years relevant experience in Engineering, with relevant experience in surface engineering, bio-medical sensor development, lateral flow assays and DNA/RNA hybridization studies. The incumbent should be familiarized with earlier project work within IIT Kanpur.

The selection will be based on an interview/ online interview which will be conducted at IIT Kanpur. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
