Applications are invited for the following position to work with the Office of Outreach Activities. The post is temporary, and the appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for one year. The period may be further extended based on performance and requirements.

Name of the Post: Project Executive Officer (Backend Developer)

Number of Posts: 02 (Two)

Salary Range: 50400-4200-126000

Minimum Qualification: PhD*/Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree with significant experience and expertise in the relevant area/ technical skills in the specified area. SSC, HSC, and graduation all require a minimum of 60% of the possible points.

Desirable Experience in the following areas:

1. A degree in computer science or similar professional experience.
2. 3.5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on JavaScript backend frameworks/ libraries: Express.js
3. Candidates with experience in the Sails.js framework will be given priority.
4. Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
5. Strong experience with databases, including SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
6. Experience in working with WebSockets for real-time communication.
7. Experience in handling large-scale applications, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
8. Familiarity with version control systems like Git for managing and tracking code changes.
9. Experience in handling and setting up CICD pipelines.
10. Understanding of RESTful APIs and their implementation in a microservices architecture.
11. Ability to adapt to changing technology stacks based on project requirements.
12. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
14. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in online education or EdTech platforms.
