Applications are invited for the following position to work with the Office of Outreach Activities. The post is temporary, and the appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for one year. The period may be further extended based on performance and requirements.

Essential Qualification and Experience: Ph.D. in any area of science or engineering discipline from a recognized institution and 15 years of significant experience and expertise in the relevant area.

Desirable Experience and Expertise

• Experience in academic institutions, executive education, online learning, marketing and career enhancement programmes for working professionals.
• Strong academic background with consistently good academic performance.
• Experience in multinational companies, Section 8 companies, research organizations, or government-funded projects.
• Proven experience in project planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring.
• Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting outreach programmes, workshops, training programmes, webinars, and industry interactions.
• Experience in student engagement, career development, mentoring, and capacity-building initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in managing student teams and coordinating with external organizations.
• Experience in proposal writing, report preparation, presentations, and official communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace and database management.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, coordination, and office management skills.
