Applications are invited for the following position to work with the Office of Outreach Activities. The post is temporary, and the appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for one year. The period may be further extended based on performance and requirements.

Name of the Post: Senior Project Manager

Number of Posts: 01 (one)

Salary Range: 36000-3000-90000

Essential Qualification and Experience: MBA (Finance & Human Resource) from a recognized University/Institute and minimum of 12 years of experience and proven expertise in the relevant area.

Desirable Experience in the following areas:

  1. 12 years of experience in administration, office management, project coordination, procurement, academic administration, admissions, student management, or related functions in educational institutions, government organizations, and government-funded projects.
  2. Demonstrated experience in drafting and preparation of official correspondence, office orders, agreements, MoUs, committee agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, policy documents, and other administrative communications.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, database management, digital workflow systems, and office automation platforms.
  4. Experience in handling procurement activities, including local and import purchases, vendor management, stock and inventory management, bill processing, and compliance with procurement procedures.
  5. Working knowledge of GoI rules, General Financial Rules (GFR), audit procedures, procurement regulations, and project administration processes.
  6. Experience in handling financial documentation, audit matters, stock verification, RTI-related work, committee coordination, and stakeholder communications.
  7. Proven ability to coordinate with faculty members, students, vendors, government agencies, funding organizations, and other stakeholders for smooth execution of institutional activities.
  8. Experience in organising official programmes and visits, logistics arrangements, and travel coordination.
  9. Strong administrative, managerial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently under strict timelines.
  10. High level of integrity, attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all administrative functions.
