Applications are invited from qualified candidates for one post of PROJECT SCIENTIST to work in a SERB, DST funded project (SERB-PHY-2015009) entitled “Quantum criticality, dynamics and quantum information studies in quantum many body systems.”
Essential Qualification: PhD in theoretical condensed matter physics
Age Limit: 32 years
Desired Qualification: experience in working on quantum phase transitions, quantum information theoretic measures and driven quantum systems; with at least 5 publications in reputed international peer reviewed journals.
Salary range: Rs. 22000-2200-44000
Duration of appointment: 1 Year (up to 31st March, 2018)
Advertised position is purely temporary in nature. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test/interview.
