Senior Project Executive Officer

Applications are invited for a temporary and contractual post of Senior Project Executive Officer under the project entitled: “Field-deployable quantum-enhanced sensors on integrated hybrid platform” funded by the National Quantum Mission (NQM) at IIT Kanpur.

Minimum Qualification:

Ph.D./ Master’s degree with significant experience and expertise in the relevant area/ technical skills in specified area

Desirable Qualifications and Expertise:

The candidate should have one or more of the following:

• Ph.D. in Physics with at least 4 years of postdoctoral experience
• Experience in precision measurements, sensing, photonics, AI-ML, and nanoscale systems
• Hands-on experience in building, operating, and troubleshooting hybrid experimental setups
• Experience with LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Python for instrumentation and automation
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Experience in team leadership, vendor interaction, and project documentation

Salary Range:

Rs. 70000-5000-200000 per month (consolidated, based on qualification and experience)

Term of Appointment:

The appointment is purely temporary and contractual, for three years, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
