M.Tech or PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering + 3 years relevant experience.
Experience in hands-on operating vacuum deposition and plasma treatment equipment.
Experience in trouble shooting in ultrahigh vacuum systems related equipments like compressor, cryopumps and Turbo molecular pumps.
Experience in thin film deposition technologies and characterization techniques.
Experience in fabrication of vacuum processed OLED or solar cells would be an advantage.
Used to working in Class -1000 clean room environment.

Nature of work:

Fabrication of OLED devices by thermal evaporation and device characterization.
Development of process SOPs.
Running and maintenance of OLED vacuum evaporation tool.
Extensive documentation and reporting of developed processes and recipes.
Guide and train junior employees.

Salary: 31600-2600-78400/- per month based on qualification.

Duration of appointment: The appointment will be purely on temporary and contractual basis initially for a period of one year or end of the project, whichever is earlier.
