IIT KANPUR invites applications for the post of a Project Technician in Centre of Excellence on Innovative and Integrated Ecosystem for Green Hydrogen.

We are inviting applications for the position of Project Technician to join the research team at IIT Kanpur, working on the development of optimal energy management strategies and application of advance energy storage technologies with green hydrogen (GH) integrated system. The project will develop and perform experimental test setup for validating the energy management strategies for GH Application.

Position: Project Technician

No. of positions: 1

Duration of Appointment:

• 1 Year or till the end of the project (whichever is earlier), renewed annually based on performance & funding.

Salary Range: 18000-1500-45000 per month consolidated (Salary shall be commensurate with experience & skills).

Essential Qualifications and Experience

B.Sc. + 4 years of relevant Experience

OR

3 years Engg. Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience

OR

High School + ITI + 9 years of relevant experience

Desirable experience:

• Experience in electrical / mechanical system operation.
• Office work, Computer based work in MS office.
