IIT KANPUR invites applications for the post of a Sr. Project Engineer in Centre of Excellence on Innovative and Integrated Ecosystem for Green Hydrogen.

We are inviting applications for the position of Project Technical Supervisor to join the research team at IIT Kanpur, working on the development of optimal energy management strategies and application of advance energy storage technologies with green hydrogen (GH) integrated system. The project will develop and perform experimental test setup for validating the energy management strategies for GH Application.

No. of positions: 3

Duration of Appointment:

• 1 Year or till the end of the project (whichever is earlier), renewed annually based on performance & funding.

Salary Range: 38800-3200-96400 per month consolidated (Salary shall be commensurate with experience & skills).

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Ph.D.* (Engineering stream),

Or

M.Tech + 3 years relevant experience,

Or

B.Tech with M.B.A. + 3 years relevant experience

Or

B.Tech. + 5 years relevant experience

Desirable experience:

• Experience in electrical energy system simulation modelling and experimental validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
