Essential qualifications	M.Tech Or B.Tech with MBA relevant experience Or B.Tech + 3 years relevant experience
Essential Experience	Minimum 02 years of experience in TBI
Desirable	Experience in social enterprise incubation Experience in the field of portfolio management, outreach activities building pipeline and report writing Experience in strategic implementation of incubator's programs
Job Profile	Build pipeline of strong applications for the incubator Coordinate with executive management in incubation process for best offering Provide technical diagnosis of startup idea/plan and define specific milestones Track assigned milestones and growth of incubated start-ups monthly Conduct due-diligence and site visit of potential applicants (start-ups) Manage annual and monthly events organized for incubated start-ups Edit web content of incubator's portfolio Conduct accelerator programs and workshops Co-ordinate with partners of incubator and ensure the best outcomes of collaboration
Salary Range	26400-2200-66000

The post is purely temporary and on contractual basis will be offered for a period of one year and renewal on satisfactory performance.
