Applications are invited for the post of Project Multi Skilled Worker Level-3 for the project “Patent Filing & Commercialization of Products in the Institute” This Post is purely temporary and contractual basis and duration of appointment is initially for one year or till the end of Project whichever is earlier.

Salary: In the range 12000-600-36000/- per month (Consolidated).
Minimum Qualification: 12th Class + 15 years of relevant experience OR 10th Class + 20 years of relevant experience
Desirable Qualification: Graduate and must be hardworking with at least 10 years of job-related experience.
Job Profile:
1. Multi-Tasking staff (office and field related work)
- Handling tasks related to notary services, including documentation
- Thorough knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, photocopiers and other essential devices to support daily operations.
- Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of office equipment to minimize disruptions in workflow.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including data entry, document preparation
- Preparation and maintenance of Intellectual Property (IP) records
- Disposal of incoming and outgoing correspondence (Daak) by sorting, distributing and archiving official communications in a timely manner Facilitating guests
- Movement and coordination of official documents related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), ensuring their secure and prompt execution across departments.
- Assisting in hospitality arrangements by facilitating guests, coordinating meetings, and ensuring logistical support.
