Applications are invited for the position of Deputy Project Manager to support project operations, administrative management, procurement, coordination, and facility/lab-related activities across ongoing initiatives at the School.

(II) Minimum Qualifications:

Educational Requirement:
Master’s degree (MBA)
MBA in Finance will be preferred

Work Experience Requirement:
Minimum work experience: 5 years
Maximum work experience: 8 years
Experience in IITs, national institutes, R&D centres, or technical departments will be given preference.

(III) Salary Range: 23000-2000-59000 per month (commensurate with qualification and experience)

(IV) Duration of Appointment:

The initial appointment will be for three years, extendable if required for another two years based on performance.

(V) Specialization and Desirable Experience

Essential Technical & Administrative Skills:

• Office administration, record management, and project coordination
• Handling procurement processes, including GeM and CPPP portals, tender documentation, vendor coordination, and order
• Inventory and asset management for computing, laboratory, and office
• Operation and maintenance of laboratory, classroom, and meeting-room electronic equipment such as projectors,computers
• Able to promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in projectors, computers, and other electronic equipment during

Essential Non-Technical Skills:

• Ability to work independently
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and work commitment
