Motilal Dhulichand Pvt. Ltd.-The company MOTILAL DULICHAND was established as a family business in 1950 and was engaged in trading. In 1964 the company went into the manufacturing of cotton/synthetic narrow fabrics and by 1980s developed a very wide range of products. Development being the single minded objective of the company lead to modernization of the organization, necessitating the import of latest hi-tech machinery for the manufacture of quality goods. Establishing its leads to meet the growing demand, expansion continued. Subsequently 2 associate concerns were floated namely SPARK FIBERS in the year 1970 and FIBER LINKS in the year 1984 as partnership company. In 1989 MOTILAL DULICHAND was converted into a private limited company as MOTILAL DULICHAND (P) LTD.
