RGP
RGP in its infancy, started as a small manufacturing unit for making FRP and Epoxy Items in the name of "RGP INDUSTRIES", as Proprietorship Concern in early 70's. Very soon RGP witnessed exponential growth and became one of the best performing companies. As the need arose in early 90's from local patrons like LML, RGP forayed into making Epoxy Moulds. In 1999Mr. Raghunath Prasad Gupta founded a new company RGP Moulds Pvt. Ltd. dedicated to the dynamic needs of automobile companies. RGP Moulds Pvt. Ltd. started producing not only, Epoxy Moulds but Aluminum and Steel Moulds also. Over the years RGP has grown leaps and bounds and has become one of the leading manufacturers of Aluminium Moulds, Metal Spray, Gel Coated Epoxy Moulds & Dies for all kinds of P.U. Foam Products.
Its problem statement is:
- Designing a tracking for moulds to track them in various workstations to ensure time bound output to the customers " Suggesting changes in the overall process to increase efficiency and the productivity.
