GENERATION OF IDEA

The saw that are available in the market though light weight, do not provide for easy portability of the blade. The blade is carried separately from the saw. Its exposed edge can cause injury as a writer knows from personal experience. Further as the blade is just a very thin but long strip of metal, it can easily break under compression. Hence we endeavor to design and fabricate a saw which can be easily folded, that is the blade can rest in one of the arms of the saw.
