Relationship Between Boys and Girls in a Predominantly Boys Institute

Introduction:

Staying back at our four years of stay in IIT Kanpur we find, no matter how different our of thinking had been, one thing has been the cynosure of our thoughts and that is, relationship with the female students. It has been an inner desire of almost all of have had better interaction with them from the beginning, but which could not be, fortunately or unfortunately, due to their being the rare species and some other factors  hostile environment here.

Anxiety surrounds us when we are driven to build defenses against a hostile environment that is unreliable, menacing and unjust, but that a person not have the power to change, that does not permit a direct counter-attack, and undermines a person's ability to place trust in him- or herself. Such an environment ,tens a persons individuality and interferes with a persons ability to realize his or potentialities.
