Important:

Full payment is required before filling out the booking form. Please have your transaction ID ready.

Advance Booking: Rooms can be booked a maximum of 30 days in advance.
Duration Limit: Guest rooms can be booked for a maximum of 6 days at a stretch.
Occupancy: All the guest rooms are for double occupancy, with attached washrooms.
Amenities: Electric Kettles, Glass, Mug, etc
Payment: Full payment must be made before filling the booking form. Keep your transaction ID ready for verification.
Paid amenities: Electric heater/Coolers can be requested in the hall office and will require additional payment of RS 200 per day for Non-AC rooms.
Timing: Check-in: 11:00 AM | Check-out: 09:30 AM.
Eligibility: Only residents of Hall 8 can book. Booking for non-residents must be done via a resident.
Female Guests: Single lady guests must be an immediate relative (Mother/Spouse). Movement is restricted between 00:00 - 06:00 HRS.
Documents: A hard copy of a GOI-approved ID card is mandatory upon arrival.
Marriage Certificate: Required for couples/spouse stays.
Cancellation: 75% refund on full cancellation if done at least 24 hours prior. No refund for partial cancellation.
Keys: Collect/Return keys during office hours (10 AM - 5 PM). Late return incurs a fine of 500 rupees.
