Important notice regarding conference registration

Kindly note that the conference does not support ‘on-spot’ registration format.

All participants must register before the conference, following the schedule of registration, as indicated below.

Please do not start your journey if you do not have a confirmation of your registration from the IHPC secretariat. This is important as in-campus accommodation is limited and ‘on-spot’ arrangement will be impossible.

Registration fee structure

  • All Costs are per person. All taxes are included. No additional charges.

  • Secure Online Transaction can only be done in INR; Use 1 USD = 55 INR.

  • All authors and co-authors are expected to register as 'Regular - Full Payment' participants, unless they are students and have a valid student ID/Certificate.

  • Participants from industry, private and governmental research and development laboratories, independent consultants and technical managers, etc. are also expected to register as 'Regular - Full Payment' participants

  • Authors/ Co-authors cannot be treated as 'Accompanying persons'.

** Accommodation for all participants includes:

  • Lodging/ Boarding (Twin Shared AC Double Rooms in Institute Guest House)

  • All days of the conference, including one extra night free (Arrival: 13th October 2013, Departure 18th October, 2013)

  • In case you want to stay for any one night/ two days OR two nights/ three days of the conference, you need to pay a minimum of USD400. For longer stays than two nights/three days, full payment should be paid.

  • Buffet Breakfast (05), Lunch (06), Dinner (05, including Banquet)

  • Packaged mineral water on demand

  • Free Internet WiFi

  • Currency Exchange/ Banking Services/ Travel agency Services available, as per the requirement
