Designed by the top drawer Architects of the country,
the buildings are examples in simplicity and elegance with exposed
brick-concrete exterior finish. The uniqueness of the campus layout,
pollution & litter free environment, abundant green cover, the architecture
of the buildings and the general ambience leave a lasting impression on
the visitors entering the portals of the Institute. The assets are well
maintained according to the national standards and the campus is well
kept. The residents are completely insulated from the well-known evils
affecting the quality of life in the urban establishments such as shortages
of power and water, lack of sanitation, mismanagement of wastewater and
solid waste disposal etc. Near ideal living conditions prevail within
the estate.
