| 3 | Booking of the tour package(s) can be made after receipt of Non-refundable amount of Rs. 5000/- only. However, the amount paid, if any, shall be adjusted in the tour package cost. |
| 4 | The selective package(s) must be confirmed latest by 25th November2011by paying full amount for the tour package(s). |
| 5 | All the above rates are liable to change (between 10 to 15%) as per the Govt.of India rules from time to time. The hike in price of the package tour, if any, will be done subject to the permission from the Organizing Committee, IWPSD 2011 only. |
