Bhaskaran Raman

Bhaskaran Raman received his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in May 1997. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley, in 1999 and 2002 respectively. He joined as faculty in the CSE department at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (India) starting June 2003. His research interests and expertise are in communication networks, wireless/mobile networks, large-scale Internet-based systems, and Internet middleware services.
Dheeraj Sanghi - Principal Investigator
It has been a nice homecoming to Dheeraj after his PhD from Maryland, when he came back to the CSE dept of IITK. Presently working as associate professor, he pursues his research interests in Computer Networks, Protocols, TCP/IP, IPv6, Network Security, Multimedia, IP/PSTN Internetworking, and Operating Systems.
Dr. A R Harish, a PhD graduate of IIT Kanpur, has worked on the design and development of RF conditioning equipment for mobile base station applications (GSM and UMTS). He is currently working in the Department of Electrical Engineering as an Assistant Professor. He works on the analysis, synthesis and development of antennas and microwave circuits, RF propagation studies, and the design of RF measurement setups.
Mohan K. Mishra - Project Engineer
He can chase you to hell if you havent done your job in time. A mechanical engineering graduate from Bhilai Engineering College, Mohan had 11 years of experience at EMA India before he came on board. Simply put, he gets the job done.
Anish Bhatia - Senior Project Associate
Anish Bhatia, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Pune University is instrumental in generating the mechanical logistics and solutions related to uninterrupted power especially for the rural sector.
Anurag Tripathi - Project Associate
Anurag received his Master of Computer Applications from U.P.Technical University, Lucknow. He is actively involve in testing, installations and troubleshooting.
Sukant Kole - Project Associate
Sukant has completed his B.Tech.(Electronics & Instrumentation) from Uttar Pradesh Technical University,Lucknow. His area of interest are antenna systems, RF circuits & designing low cost products for the project.
Vishal Gupta - Project Associate
Vishal is very exited to do something new. He has completed his Master of Computer Applications from V.B.S.Purvanchal University, Jaunpur. He is actively involve in the maintenance of radio equipments and website maintenance.
A K Singh - Project Technician
If you have to erect a mast, make fixtures, or mount antenna on the rooftop, Singh can do it without any complaints - be it in the sun or rains.
Ram Chandra Prajapati - Project Technician
A diploma holder in mechanical Engineering Ram Chandra is with the project keeping the stocks and helping in testing and outdoor installations.
