Essential

Ph.D/Masters degree with significant experience and expertise in the relevant area
Looking for candidates from Financial Sector, with exposure in managing end to end IT projects.

Desirable

B. Tech and MBA from a premier institute such as IIT’S/NIT’s with a minimum of 7.0 CGPI.
Knowledge and work experience of minimum 2 years in C++/Java/SQL/HTML.
Sound knowledge of banking, project funding, trade finance, fund raising (short and long term), credit terms, credit rating and documentation
Excellent knowledge of financial management and certification from a a reputed financial organization such as GARP, Bloomberg and CFA Institute
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and properly prioritize workload across them for a team size of 40-50.
Strong Communication skills - Written and Verbal with experience in writing proposal for Government grants.
Exposure to working with an online academy will be preferred.
Work with the customers to finalize software customization, hardware procurement, and deployment plans.
Connect with customer teams to define UI/UX/design of the software and content package
Manage content onboarding process by coordinating with customer and internal teams
Manage the content digitization project by working with all the teams involved.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Eye for detail. Self-motivated
