Applications are invited for temporary or contractual post of Project scientist/ Project Engineer under the project entitled “Centre of Excellence for large area Flexible Electronics” at Samtel Centre for Display Technologies (SCDT), IIT Kanpur funded by DeitY (MCIT) New Delhi.

Minimum Qualification: For Project Scientist: PhD or + M.Sc in Science + 3 Yrs of Exp
                                  For Project Engineer: M.Tech or B.tech + 3 Yrs of Exp

Desirable Qualification: Ph.D. in Chemistry/Physics in OLED/OPVdevice fabrication and characterization.

Essential Experience:Testing of organic solar cell degradation, lifetime and reliability.  Candidate should have hands-on working experience with organic photovoltaicdevice fabrication, electronic material characterization such as XRD, profilometer, SEM, AFM etc. and device characterization such as electrical conductivity of films, light and dark characterization of solar cells, spectral response measurement etc.

Desirable Experience:Experienced inuse and handling of glove boxes, vacuum equipment and device processing equipment will be strongly preferred.

Salary: Rs. 22000-2200-44000/- per month based on qualification
