We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic person for temporary positions in the project. If you want to be a part of this challenging research and technology development initiative on unmanned helicopters at the Department of Aerospace Engineering at IIT Kanpur, you are encouraged to apply for the following position.

Post: Project Engineer

Number of position: One (01)

Salary range: Rs. 26400 -2200- 66000

Qualification: B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering + 3 years experience

Essential: 3 yrs experience with pixhawk firmware and integration. Complete understanding of UAV systems and other peripherals required for drone functioning. Basic understanding to analyze flight logs and report them.

Desirable: Capability of writing Matlab codes to read and make reports of the flight logs. Basic understanding of the development of autopilot software for autopilot and px4 based systems.

The appointment is purely temporarily and on contractual basis. If any candidate is found suitable for lower or higher position based on qualification and experience, he may be considered for that position. Position is till May 2022 or till the end of the project whichever is earlier.
