Applications are invited for the following project vacancy in the Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS) sponsored project.

Project Title: "Development of impurity transport code for Aditya-U tokamak at IPR Gandhinagar"
Minimum Qualification: M.Tech/ME/ in Nuclear Science/Engineering with 2 years of research experience or M.Sc. in Physics with 2 years of research experience
Desirable Experience: Candidate with experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and/or particle, heat transport physics in tokamak plasma and/or atomic and molecular physics is desirable. Experience in handling large atomic databases is also desirable. Candidates having wide-ranging experience in computer coding and having profound knowledge of programming in MATLAB, and/or C++/FORTRAN will be preferred.
Salary: INR 35,000/- consolidated.
The post is purely temporary and is for duration till the end of the project and may be extended depending on the requirement. If shortlisted, copies of relevant certificates will be required, and will be checked against original certificates at the time of interview.
