Applications are invited for following temporary & contractual posts to work under the sponsored consultancy project in the department of civil engineering:

Project Engineer: (Number of Positions: One)

Project Engineer (Electrical)

Salary – Rs. 26400-2200-66000/- per month based on qualification and experience

Essential Qualifications: M.Tech (Electrical Engineering) OR B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering) + 03 Years Experience

Desirable Qualifications and Experience: B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering) + 05 Years Experience in Quality control and monitoring of electrical works. Hands on Experience in AutoCAD and other electrical design software, electrical lighting/ cable/ equipment/ switch gear sizing, schedules and schematic/ detailed plans etc. Project Management software, knowledge of applicable National and International standards and exposure to Sustainable Engineering Practices in Electrical installations. Knowledge of installation of air-conditioning systems and/or elevators, quality control and contract provisions in electrical engineering at building sites, knowledge of relevant Indian Test Standards and implementation of new technologies, evaluation and verification of material test, inspection of building construction sites to check compliance of relevant codal provisions etc. will be an added advantage.

Duration of appointment: 09 Months or till end of the project whichever is earlier for all of the above posts. Contract may be extended based on candidate’s performance.
