Applications are invited for the posts of “Senior Project Associate” (purely temporary & contractual basis) in a new MeitY project “Femtosecond Laser Approaches to Quantum Information and Computation: Towards a Perfectly Secure Channel for Robust and Scalable Information Processing”:
- No. of Posts: 1
- Minimum qualifications: BTech with 1 yr. of relevant experience
Desirable: Experienced in github, MD simulation, HPC, AI and R-programming.
- Consolidated Salary Structure: Rs. 21600-1800-54000/- P.M.
- Duration of appointment: 1st July 2019 – 30nd June 2020.
Initially, the appointment will be for a period of one year that can be further extended based on performance.
Preference will be given to applicants who have prior experience in projects in IIT Kanpur for ~1 year and are well-versed in English and who have proven strong research acumen (e.g. published in Science Citation Index Journal). The short-listing committee reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short-listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and experience. Only the short-listed candidates will be called for the interview.
