Position: Senior Project Associate

No. of positions: 2 (Two)

Applications are invited for the post of "Senior Project Associate" in the Project numbered 2016466 in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kanpur.

Minimum qualification: B. Tech + 1 year of relevant experience

OR M.Sc. + 1 year of relevant experience

OR B.Sc. + MCA + 1 year of relevant experience

Consolidated Salary range: INR 21600-1800-54000 per month.

Working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday).

(1^st Position)

Desired qualification

• At least 60% marks in academics.
• Knowledge of Agriculture / Horticulture or related disciplines.
• Hand's on experience with hydroponics.
• Hand's on experience with Raspberry Pi, boards.
• Knowledge of RFQ generation and BOQ preparation.

Work: The candidate's major tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Installation & commissioning of hydroponics related cyber physical systems.
• Automation of raw data collection and feature extraction.

(2^nd Position)

Desired qualification

• At least 60% marks in academics.
• Knowledge of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
• Hand's on experience with burp suite and related tools.
• Programming language: python + javascript.

Work: The candidate's tasks and responsibilities will include:

Duration: Appointment will be made initially for one year and can be extended up to five years or till the end of the project whichever is earlier, subject to satisfactory performance. Performance reviews will be held weekly. The appointment can be terminated at any time if found unsatisfactory.
