- Knowledge of office procedures, Maintenance of office Records, administration and purchase procedures.
- Knowledge of preparation of event Budget proposals, utilization certificate/statement of expenditure etc.
- Knowledge about making presentations and progress report

- Doing day to day activities assigned in VLFM
- Maintenance of office Records, Billing and purchase procedures.
- Providing statement of expenditure.
- Doing all office related work which is provided from office

The post is purely temporary and will be offered for a period of 1 year and renewal on satisfactory performance.
