Applications are invited for the following position to work with the Office of Digital Learning. The post is temporary, and the appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for one year. The period may be further extended based on performance and requirements.
Name of the Post: Senior Project Executive Officer
Number of Posts: 01 (one)
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 70000-5000-200000 (depending on experience and skills)
Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. in Management/Economics from a reputed university/institute with significant experience and expertise in the relevant area.
The candidate must have first-class or equivalent grades at all the preceding degrees with an impressive academic background.
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
The candidate should have postdoctoral/teaching, and administrative experience in a technology institute or R&D establishments.
Preference will be given to the candidates having a total work experience of 10 years or more. Experience of working in an administrative wing of an academic programme, working with academic senate representative; understanding of academic matters of an online programme, student/course data management and drafting/documentation skills are desirable. Knowledge of data and market analytics with a statistical software like STATA is an additional requirement.
Candidate with good communication skill, computer proficiency and the ability to work independently will be preferred.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Coordinating various activities of the Office of Digital Learning
- Data and Market analytics
- Drafting policy documents
- Preparation of reports/minutes
- Ensuring timely release of annual reports/brochures, and other pieces of communication
- Liaising with different internal and external units of the institute
- Assisting Professor-in-Charge by coordinating the work related to the Office of Digital Learning.
