Applications are invited for the following post in Dean, Resources & Alumni Office in the project titled “General Corpus” project no. DORA/DORA/20070124.

Nature of Work: The work is related to administrative in nature (Full Time).

The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of contract is five years (3 Year + 2 Year) or till the end of Project whichever is earlier and renewal on satisfactory performance.

Remuneration Range: 19200-1600-48000

Minimum Qualification: (CA / ICWA / CS) OR Post Graduate (MBA/MCA/M.Com./M.Sc./MA) +5 years of relevant experience OR Graduate (B.Sc./BA/B.Com./BBA/BCA) +8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.

Desirable: Knowledge of Office Procedures and knowledge of computer i.e. MS Office/ Excel/ Power Point/ Access etc. Person should have at least five years’ experience of handling Investment, Endowment Account, Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet and Supervision of Bank books, ledgers, Journals in a Govt. organization or in educational institute.

Job Profile:

1. To supervise and examine Investment records and Interest earned for all Institute Accounts.
2. To prepare and maintain Endowment table of the Institute.
3. To supervise and examine all Bank books, Ledgers, Journals, Bank Reconciliation, Statements of Endowment Fund Account.
4. To prepare Receipt and Payment Account, Interest Reconciliation, Donation Reconciliation, Income & Expenditure, Interest Allocation Table, Balance Sheet of the Endowment Fund Account.
