About work: The work is related to administrative in nature (Full Time).

The appointment is purely contractual and duration of appointment is initially for one year or till the end of Project whichever is earlier.

Salary Range: 19200-1600-48000

Minimum Qualification

CA/ICWA/CS Or Post Graduate (MBA/MCA/M.Com/M.Sc./MA) + 5 years of relevant experience Or Graduate (B.Sc/ BA/ B. Com/BBA/ BCA) + 8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.

Desirable: 

Knowledge of Office Procedures and computer application such as MS word/MS Excel/MS Power Point etc. Person should have at least one year of Diploma in Accounting/Tally along with five years’ working experience of Tally accounting Package

Job Profile:

1. To handle various bank accounts.
2. Maintain cash books and ledgers.
3. Knowledge to work on accounting package like Tally, donation reconciliation.
4. Daily bank reconciliation of donations received in all bank accounts.
5. Coordination with other sections for all credits (Investment & Interest received) pertaining to their sections and transfer thereon.
6. Any other task assigned time to time.
