About work: The work is related to Technical in nature (Full Time).

The appointment is purely contractual and duration of appointment is initially for one year or till the end of Project whichever is earlier.

Minimum Qualification

B.Tech., Or Post Graduate, Or Graduate + 3 years relevant experience.

Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of Office Procedures and the applicant must be a graduate preferably with at least two years of relevant experience.

• Skilled in functioning of office equipment.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (such as excel, word, ppt)
• Candidate having similar nature of work experience will be preferred.

Job Profile

1. Handling the digital documents portal of the office.
2. Support for Alumni Queries related to VH Booking, Transcripts, Bonafide Certificate, MOI Certificate, CPI to % , Degree Verification, Migration Certificate.
3. Student Caution money from DORA Office.
4. Maintenance of records of DORA Office.
5. Other miscellaneous tasks are assigned from time to time.
