Applications are invited for the following post in the project on "Smart Music Tutor for Indian Classical Music (Vocal and Instrumental)" Project No- SERB/EE/2019400 Department of Electrical engineering IIT Kanpur. The period of employment is for one year. The qualification and experience requirements for the above-mentioned post are the following.

1. Project Associate (one):

Desired qualifications:

M.Tech or B.Tech. in relevant field (computer science, signal processing or machine learning)
Strong proficiency in Python, bash scripting and C/C++
Strong proficiency in mobile app development
Knowledge of digital signal processing
Knowledge of machine learning
Interest in and knowledge of music singing/playing instruments
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience in working with cloud servers and databases

Consolidated Salary range: Rs. 18000-1500-45000 per month
