Essential Experience: The candidate should have specialization in RF/Microwaves Engineering having experience of working with the Vector Network Analyzer, the Spectrum Analyzer and other RF instruments. The candidate should also be conversant with the advanced electromagnetic field simulators, measurement in the anechoic environment and other RF measurement techniques.

Desirable Experience: The candidate having direct experience in the field of planar RF sensors, waveguide measurements, dielectric probe and other dielectric measurement techniques in the microwave frequency range would be preferred.

Major Role: The candidate will be responsible for performing measurement of dielectric properties of Planetary Analogous Rocks and other relevant materials in the RF and microwave frequency range. The candidate is also required to develop analytical and numerical models of various types of rocks and other relevant structures.

Salary: 31600-2600-78400 per month (The actual salary will be fixed by the committee depending upon the qualification and experience of the candidate).

Term of Appointment: One year and extendable until the end of the project as per institute norm. The appointment will be purely on temporary and contractual basis.
