Project Engineer Position in Synthetic Biology/Molecular Biology

Applications are invited for one position of Project Engineer, initially for a period of one year (extendable depending on the performance) in a sponsored project at IIT Kanpur for work related to Biotechnology.

Minimum Academic Qualification

MTech degree in Biotechnology/Bioscience/or any related domain.

or

BTech degree with at least 3-year experience (post BTech)

Desirable experience

• Strong Experience in Molecular biology, DNA recombinant technology, Systems Biology, Synthetic Biology, and/or Microbiology
• Microscopy, Single-cell live imaging
• Development, design, and control of genetic circuits
• Metabolic engineering
• Microfluidics

Salary: 33,000/- (Consolidated)
