Applications are invited for the post of Project Engineer under a SERB funded IMPRINT II project entitled “Design and Development of Textile based Metamaterial Absorber for RADAR Stealth”. The position is tenable for one year and extendable by one more year upon satisfactory performance.
Project Engineer will be responsible for the design, development and characterization of RF absorbers for different kind of RF substrates. He should have good hands on experience with microwave equipment like Vector Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, etc. He also should have good expertise on using electromagnetic simulation softwares like HFSS, CST microwave, COMSOL etc.
Essential qualifications: M.Tech. in Electrical / Electronics Engg. with expertise in RF and Microwave Engineering. Candidate should have done good number of courses on Microwave Engineering during master program.
Number of Position: 02 (Two)
NET /GATE scores are desirable. Salary will be in the scale Rs. 26400-2200-66000 with medical facilities and accommodation as permissible under Institute rules.
