Position: JRF, Department of Earth Sciences, IIT Kanpur.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated candidates with experience in one or both of the following fields: 1) Remote sensing; 2) structural geology.

Essential qualifications:

1. PG in earth science.

Desirable qualifications:

1. Experience with terrestrial remote sensing data analysis.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as a part of a dynamic group.

Term of Appointment: Until the end of project in February 2026.

Salary:

INR 31000 + 16% HRA
