Applications are invited for the position of Project Engineer to work in the project "UI-ASSIST: US-India Collaborative for Smart Distributive System with Storage". The post is purely temporary and on contractual basis.

Minimum qualification, Desirable experience and other terms for the above post are as follows:

Project Engineer (01 position):

Minimum Qualification:

M. E. / M. Tech. (Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Power System) + One year experience in the power sector, smart grid especially in optimization, generation and scheduling.

Good Understanding of regulatory and policy aspects of Indian power sector is preferred.

Term of Appointment:

Upto 1 year or end of project duration.

Salary Range:

Project Engineer: Rs. 26400 - 2200 - 66000 PM Consolidated

(Higher starting salary may be considered for exceptionally qualified/experienced candidates as per IITK Rules)
