Applications are invited for the position of Project Engineer for the project “eMasters in Power Sector Regulation, Economics and Management”. The Post is purely temporary and on contractual basis.

Minimum qualification, desirable experience and other terms for the above post are as follows:

Project Engineer: One (01) Position

Minimum Qualification:

M. Tech / B.Tech with M.B.A / B.Tech + 3 years of relevant experience

with EE/ ME/ Energy / Power/ Renewable or other relevant branch with good understanding of power system economics, power sector regulation, power market economics and operations, renewable energy policy and related fields.

The candidate should have excellent academic record, and be well-versed with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel etc.

The candidates are required to have strong command in oral and written English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate will assist in development of course content including data updation, making diagrams and PPT, handle communications, etc. for effective delivery of the online/offline educational /training / capacity building programs. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Term of Appointment:

Up to three years or end of the project, whichever is earlier.

Salary Range:

Project Engineer:Rs. 26400 - 2200 - 66000 PM* (Consolidated)

*Higher starting salary may be considered for exceptionally qualified/experienced candidates as per IITK Rules
