Work description: Fabrication of optically transparent biodegradable thin films with high mechanical strength. Biodegradable polymer film such as Chitosan and its composite will be tested. The candidate should plan, design, carry out experimental research and analyze data. Candidates with good exposure to thin film preparation and its characterization are preferred.

Duration: The post is purely temporary & contractual. Initial Appointment is for one year and Renewable at the end of the year.

Qualifications: PhD in Mechanical/Chemical/Material sciences or Chemistry or M. Sc + 3 year Experience.

Remuneration: Salary Range: Rs. 22000-2200-44000 per month. Housing will be made available on campus. Pay may be adjusted as per highest degree and experience.
